Batman at Buckingham Palace, Fathers 4 Justice protester not charged, but should he send a bill for the security assessment?

Jason Hatch, Batman, and David Pyke, Robin, will not be charged for their Fathers 4 Justice protest at Buckingham Palace in September.

Apparently a charge of criminal damage is being considered. He inadvertently damaged a wire that is meant to keep pigeons off. He is currently on bail to return to Charing Cross Police Station on the 7th December to see if he going to be charged.

David Pyke, Robin, who did not make it to the ledge has not been charged.
