Spiderman is in court Monday 25th October. Previously he was found not guilty of being a public nuisance when he went up a crane at the Tower Bridge in November 2003. A Fathers 4 Justice campaigner whose protest forced the London Eye to close, has appeared in court. David Chick, 37, of Burgess Hill, West Sussex, faced Camberwell magistrates on Monday charged with causing a public nuisance.Mr Chick, who dressed as Spiderman for the stunt, scaled the wheel at 0350 BST on Saturday and voluntarily came down 18 hours later.
He was bailed to reappear on 25 October at the same court.
A spokesman for Fathers 4 Justice said it supported Mr Chick
