From Divorce Online (UK's leading divorce specialists) and click on "Majority think Fathers4justice campaign are right to use civil disobedience"
An internet poll of web users has found that a large majority believe that the absent fathers group Fathers4Justice are right to use civil disobedience to highlight their campaign for fairer access to their children. The group, which have hijacked major landmarks all over the UK, dressed as super heroes have caused controversy with their stunts, which some observers see as a new form of militancy amongst absent fathers.
The survey which was carried out by online divorce and separation website www.divorce-online.co.uk was carried out between the 1st January and 25th February and obtained the votes of 4,000 web users.
The survey found that 65% of correspondents approved of the actions taken by fathers4Justice as opposed to 32% who did not. The balance had no view on the subject.
Surprisingly 35% of those who indicated that they approved of the civil disobedience were women.
I strongly believe that there should be pressure for the government to conduct an urgent public enquiry by independent body into the way the family justice has been run and the real life experiences of all families adversely affected - so that sweeping reforms can be carried out. Now is the time to make this issue of LEGALISED & INSTITUTIONALISED CHILD (FAMILY) ABUSE a political and electoral issue.
Make the clarion call for militant action - loud & clear. Any other suggestions

evil judges who clearly get their kicks from legalised and institutionalised child abuse.

I agree that there is an urgent need for family law to change in favour of our children having the care of and rights to two parents...however I DO NOT agree with the chauvanistic approach this group exercises, tarring all women with the same brush. It is sexist and non ethical and I don't think it will get you as far in your plight as it could do if it were non-predjudiced.
After all, it was indeed the law that facilitated these uneducated views that some women may have about bringing their children up single handedly. Go ahead, break the mould and change these old ways of thinking but remember that ultimately you are aiming for women to think in a likeminded way to yourselves,we need to unite for the sake of our children. It is possible that even those who have prevented their children from seeing their fathers may have a change of heart.open your minds...

To mark this years Father's Day, Brian Barnes and I have put together a short six minute film about Fridays 'Fathers4Justice' demonstration in London. This new group are working to challenge the gender bias inherent in the UK family law system and make 'Shared Parenting' the normal form of order issued in Family Courts.
The film is a very personal view of the demonstration.
'Fathers4Justice' aim is 'A NEW DECLARATION OF RIGHTS FOR CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS'. Our aim was to make a film highlighting their cause and the fact that even on Father's Day, there were fathers throughout the UK, denied the basic human right of seeing their children.
We have streamed 'SUPER HERO DADS' on broadband only at :

Please watch and leave a comment.
